I began my training in Gestalt therapy and on my journey, I integrated other humanistic therapies. Over the years, I came to learn that many people hold traumatic memories, often in their bodies and in the unconscious area of their brains. Because of this, I went on to train in therapies where talking is not the main part of the therapy.
